Dexie is facing the change with a positive attitude. She’s already making friends, sharing stories about life in her old school with a smile on her face. Her new classmates have been quick to make her feel welcome, showing her around the campus and sharing tips on the best places to hang out after school.

For her, the move isn’t just a change of scenery, it’s a chance to grow and embrace everything that Hingatungan National Highschool School has to offer.
A legacy to make
At 17 years old, Lady Ann Kristel Escobal is more than just a typical senior high school student. She is a voice of leadership, a model of perseverance, and a young woman driven by purpose. As a proud student of Hingatungan National High School, she represents the strength, intelligence, and grace that today’s youth can offer, not just to their school, but to the community and beyond.
Lady Ann was born and raised in the peaceful and supportive community of Barangay San Roque where she learned early on the importance of hard work, kindness, and education. Growing up in a modest household, she was taught by her parents to value the simple things: respect, discipline, and helping others. These values now shine through her actions every day at school.
Teachers and classmates alike recognize her for her strong leadership, sense of responsibility, and natural ability to connect with people. “She’s one of those students who brings people together,” says one of her teachers. “She listens, she understands, and she acts when needed.”
